Sometimes we spend lots of time looking after others, and neglect to love on our own selves.
But how can we look after ourselves better? What does it mean to do that?
· If I wanted to treat a friend, or make them feel special, what would I do for them?
· What makes me feel loved and cared for, by a friend? How do I love to be cherished?
· How good am I at relaxing? What helps me to relax?
· How could I make more time each day to relax? Can anyone else take some of my workload to achieve this? And what could I make non-negotiable in my day, that would care for my own self? (Eg: 15 uninterrupted minutes to read a book, a 30 minute bath, 10 minutes alone to drink tea and watch funny videos, get up early to do yoga or meditate).
