How can I pay you?

Thank you so much for considering making a purchase. It means the world to me. My website accepts all major credit cards, and PayPal.

Packing and Delivery

  • I currently only offer FREE UK DELIVERY in THE UK, not including Northern Ireland.

  • I will pack your artwork up very carefully, and send it to you within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • You will receive a shipping notification by email when I have sent your parcel. If you encounter any problems, please email me and I will do my best to help.

  • Please make sure you leave plenty of time for delivery, if you are thinking about making an order for a special occasion like a birthday.

  • I aim to use recycled and recyclable materials in my packing, wherever possible. I am actively working towards eco-friendliness in packaging!

  • If there is a print in your order, this will be directly fulfilled by my printing partners, and sent to you direct from them. Their average delivery time is 4 - 8 days.

Returns Policy

  • You have 14 days, from receipt of your parcel, to let me know if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. Please contact me in the first instance. Providing the artworks are returned not damaged or used, and in any original packaging, I will send you a full refund, including any initial delivery charge, no questions asked.

  • If you wish to return a print, please note that you must return it to me, and not my print partners, who will not know what to do with it! Do please email me in the first instance, and I can help you.

  • The cost of returns must be paid for by the customer, and I would recommend sending work by a 'signed for' service, with appropriate insurance cover for the value of the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of goods being returned. 

  • If an item is faulty, I will refund delivery charges both outbound charges to you, and return charges to me.

  • Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.

Can I reserve a piece of work?

If you see something you like, and would like to reserve it, I may be able to do this for you for a short time. Please email me as quick as you can!
