The world might not seem to agree.
It’s tough out there, some days, with social media, and its seemingly endless competition to appear more glamorous, more perfect, more polished, more monied, more talented –
more, more, more.
But, you do have a place in the world. You are vital. We need you.
· Loving ourselves for who we are is a good way to understand that we have a place in the world. What would a good friend say are my best qualities? What do they see in me that I might miss? How can I be a better friend to myself?
· What does social media bring to my life? Is it positive, or negative, for me?
· Is social media in control of me, and my feelings, or the other way round? What would happen if I turned it off? Could I? How would it feel?
