I often find that the best things happen in a sketchbook. It seems to fit the way I work, and it’s useful if you are sometimes late to life class. Just sit down, open up, grab a pencil and begin.  I’d love to suggest that the gorgeous colours here are carefully considered, but the truth is that the cats made me late today (they are great conversationalists, and have such different opinions, the strongest one being that I must not leave). I simply had four tubes of paint in my bag, and this is what they made.
