It’s true, you know. Each of us are unique. There is only one of you, with your particular blend of skills, talents and characteristics. The world needs you, and we have never seen anyone quite like you before. We would be worse off without you.

·      What – or who - helps me to know that I am unique?

·      Social media/ the internet – how do I feel when I browse the internet or social media? It’s fun, but it can sometimes make us feel worse about ourselves. In what ways is this true for me?

·      What one small step can I take today to remind myself that I am unique, and loved just for who I am? (Some ideas: text with an affirming friend, spend time enjoying my skills and hobbies, stay away from social media for an evening, meditation, cook something delicious to eat…)
