It might just be for a walk round the block, or to the sofa and the TV. And that’s fine!

The things we would like to achieve don’t have to be enormously ambitious. 

Forward movement in life can be in teeny steps, taken gently day by day.

·      If a day moved me forward towards a goal, what would definitely be in that day, to take one tiny step towards my goal?

 

 

 

·      What are my ambitions? What are my dreams? Are those the same, or different? 

 

 

 

·      Make a timeline of what needs to happen by when, to help your plans happen. 

 

 

 

·      How does it feel, to have ambitions? Why?
